We take a look, in reverse chronological order, at Patton West’s fraudulent attempts to portray herself as a respectable wealthy business woman as opposed to a venally evil, vicious and violent con artist.

We assume that when the ‘Covid Disaster Relief’ funds that Patton West fraudulently obtained (see below) run out the above will be her next version of the ‘Abode of the Masters.’  Of course her website and Facebook pages will continue to portray her to the public as a wealthy business woman because the TRUTH is bad for business when the business is fraud and extortion.

RECENT NEWS……

• In another repeat of history, witnesses allege that Patton West is in the process of being charged with stealing artwork and valuables from a victim in Sedona AZ. Review the information contained in ‘Abode of the Disasters No. 1’ below on this webpage. Patton West likes artwork and collectables because along with jewelry and precious metals, they are easy for her to hide from the IRS and others.  Much of her ill-gotten gains never goes near a bank.

• Witnesses allege Patton West is being investigated for fraudulently applying for and receiving Covid Emergency Relief Funds and using those funds to pay off her rent arrears of $80,000. Patton West is also using the Covid Disaster Relief funds to pay for her $8,000 a month hotel bills. 

• Patton West accountants allegedly reported her criminal activities to the IRS.  Patton West probably owes tens of millions of dollars in back taxes to the IRS, local taxes in AZ, NM & MT.

• Witnesses allege that Patton West is down to her last ‘follower’ having destroyed several marriages (divide and conquer) and bankrupted at least one family. This was achieved by persuading a brainwashed ‘follower’ to empty her disabled mother’s bank trust fund into Patton West’s account. This called embezzlement. The follower is now destitute and her mother is in a home. 

THESE LATEST CRIMES OCCURRED IN ARIZONA.  SURELY THIS IS ENOUGH TO HAVE HER ARRESTED.

The rent for the above property was $9,100 a month. Patton West was $80,000 in rent arrears before she was evicted on December 15 2021. According to witnesses, she managed to pay the rent arrears by defrauding the government out of hundreds of thousands of dollars in Covid Disaster Relief funds. Patton West is currently residing in a local hotel. Her $8,000 a month hotel bills are being paid out of the Covid Disaster Relief funds she fraudulently applied for saying she would use the money to secure the jobs of non-existent employees and or create new jobs. Crime has always paid well for Patton West!

Please note above, the statuary she is posing in front of.  Like the Greek Goddess outfits and fake diplomas, it is all part of a well-choreographed illusion / deception that Hollywood would be proud of. The artwork and statuary represents a tiny fraction of the artwork and valuables she stole from the Victor MT charity and hid in a lock up to hide it from creditors from her Montana creditors.  The artwork and valuables were valued at $4,000,000 in 2002. This is the artwork and valuables that Patton West stated in court in 2009 was not hers and did not exist anymore having been stolen, left behind or carried off. Within days or weeks of giving a lengthy statement in which she declared herself $2,000,000 in debt and living in a caravan in Reynolds’ back garden, Patton West moves into a $7,000 a month mansion in Cave Creek AZ.  Who says crime does not pay?!  During the deposition, Patton West was asked about millions of dollars of artwork and valuables that were owned by the charity ‘The Circle of Divine Unity’ but went missing in 2004.  Patton West’s response to this line of questioning was that the artwork and valuables were stolen or went missing or carried off (by persons unknown).  Below are a couple of pages from the  statement she gave on October 9 2009.  Her answers are a total pack of lies.

In line 5 Page 61 above, Patton West is asked if she has ever seen a document. The document in question is a list of the assets owned by the charity, most of which were paid for by public donations or from funds ‘donated’ by members of her cult who were constantly bullied into giving up their wealth to fund Patton West’s luxurious lifestyle.  Any surplus was converted into jewels, precious metals and artwork and valuables.  Wealth that was never declared to the IRS and never went near a bank account.

In line 20 Page 61 above, Patton West says all of this stuff was left behind at Naka Shela (her Victor MT Abode of the Masters). 

In line 01 Page 62  Patton West says that most of it was carted off and that rooms full of furniture went missing.  And that anything of value had been sold.

In line 23 Page 62 Patton West says she recalls Esther Michaels giving her the asset list.  This is a total lie, as the list of the charity’s assets was produced by John Watson and Cheryl O’Brien in 2002.   Cheryl O ‘Brien was Patton West’s bookkeeper in 2002 during the 6 months that John Watson was hired as a business consultant.  The objective behind listing the charity’s assets was part of the process of separating the charity’s income and wealth from that of Patton West’s personal wealth.  Both Patton West and her husband, Jack West, were using the charity’s bank account as their personal bank account. 

And guess who was appointed to oversee the auction of millions of dollars of stolen property?  Geoffrey Reynolds CPA, who else?  The statements below were taken from Patton West’s October 2009 statement.  Top left from Page 20.  Bottom left from Page 65.  Right from Page 23.  

As Patton West made repeatedly clear in the statement she gave Watson’s lawyer on October 9 2009, Geoffrey Reynolds deals with all the money! Indeed, it was Reynolds who money laundered $436,000 (that Patton West extorted from Dr. Pat Cole MD) through Patton West’s business as ‘normal’ business receipts. It was Reynolds who fraudulently applied for $30,000,000 in government grants, knowing full well that the application he signed off on was a pack of lies and that Patton West intended to use at least $2,000,000 of the loan to pay off her debts. Is it any wonder that Reynolds was a willing accomplice in Patton West’s conspiracy to murder Watson for going public? Reynolds even announced Watson’s murder in advance to a local newspaper reporter, just one week before Patton West’s failed attempt on Watson’s life.

Back to the stolen artwork and valuables.  Below are some links to millions of dollars’ worth of artwork and valuables that according to Patton West did not exist, were stolen or carried off!

Unless Patton West won the lottery shortly after making her statement in October 2009, there is only one other explanation as to how millions of dollars of artwork and valuables came to be in her possession! That explanation is that she had them all the time and hid them in a lock up, so neither Watson or her many other creditors could get at them.

You may recall that in 2008, Patton West was the subject of a Sheriff’s Sale at which all of her assets (those that could be located by her creditors) were sold at auction to force her to pay past victims of crime $2,000,000 in court fines and interest. After her charity was struck off the Montana charity register for fraud in January 2004, Patton West set about stealing the charity’s assets and hiding them from her creditors. The main asset was a property worth $1,250,000. Like the artwork and valuables, it was largely paid for by public donation. After stealing the property from the charity, Patton West put it in a personal trust fund for herself and her eldest son, Rob Meador. Unfortunately for her, a judge ‘broke’ the trust and forced the sale of the property at auction, as mentioned above.

However, both the creditors mentioned in the Sheriff’s Sale, that Patton West owed $2,000,000 to and John Watson, could not locate the $4,000,000 (as valued in 2002) worth of artwork and valuables that went missing in 2004. It became clear in 2014 that Patton West had hidden the charity’s assets in a lock up in 2004, and waited ten years until the statute of limitations on theft had passed and then, hey presto! they suddenly appear and some are sold at auction or directly from her website.

Who says crime does not pay. Below is a photo of Patton West strutting in front of and show casing stolen property shortly before being evicted from ‘Abode of the Disasters No. 5.’

By 2008, Patton West’s criminal racketeering activities in Montana (‘World Service’) had racked up three negative newspaper articles (see below), Patton West had made dozens of appearances in court, as the defendant in fraud related lawsuits, was the recipient of two arrest warrants and a conviction for assault.  Also in 2008, Patton West was the subject of a Sheriff’s Sale at which she was forced to sell all her assets (those not hidden from her creditors) to force her to pay past victims of crime $2,000,000 in court fines and interest. This left Patton West temporarily without a permanent address. Not wishing to speculate, we have relied on a statement Patton West gave the whistleblower’s lawyer while being deposed’ in October 2009. You can review the entire statement by going here. According to the Master Liar’s statement, Patton West was, at the time the statement was taken on October 9 2009, living in a caravan in the garden at the back of Geoffrey Reynolds’ home.

In addition to the revelation that Patton West was living in a caravan rent free in the back of Reynolds’ garden, Patton West makes it very clear on multiple occasions that Geoffrey Reynolds was the ‘money man.’ Patton West has a long history of directing responsibility for her crimes on to her minions. The statement Patton West gave on October 9 2009 to Watson’s lawyer, makes it very clear that Reynolds is being set up to take the blame for controlling the finances, in what is obviously a series of corporations fronting organized crime. It is clear from other documents and witnesses, that Reynolds was totally aware that Patton West was a career criminal, a murderer and a suspected serial killer. Remember, Reynolds had announced Watson’s murder to a local newspaper, one week before Patton West made a failed attempt on Watson’s life just two years earlier in August 2007. Amongst all the obvious lies given during her statement, Patton West does admit that she is $2,000,000 in debt, owes the IRS money, owes credit cards money, owes banks money and owes members of her cult / gang money (Reynolds, Williams and others).

None of the above information shows up in her life story / bio which like her many titles and accolades, it is all fiction. All part of a massive fraud / extortion racket.

Having moved to Shamballa (Lakeside MT) Patton West, complete with a new name Surya Ma and new fake bio / life story, wasted no time creating her latest ‘save the planet’ fraud / extortion scam. The above image (top one of the two) were posted on Patton West’s website and used to illicit donations from the public. In reality, the ‘Living Waters Healing Project’ did not exist other than in the mind of Patton West. The multimillion dollar lakeside property being featured in the enlarged bottom image belonged to Robert & Tabby Ivy who repeatedly, over a two year period, asked Patton West not to use images of their home in her brochures and on her website. Go here to read the couple’s comments as given to the Whitefish Pilot newspaper reporter. Patton West fraudulently used images of the Ivy’s property to appear wealthy. The lies and the fraud did not end there as when in court in July 2007, in answer to a question, Patton West declared that her business interests were ‘billion dollar’ concerns. Senior cult member Dr. Julio E Williams was totally aware of all the lies, deceit and propaganda and pledged $2M of his own fortune to hide the truth.

Patton West made that statement while being evicted from two rental properties in quick succession and while having a lien against her for $2,287 in unpaid employment insurance. The Bigfork Eagle newspaper gives details.

During Patton West’s tenure at ‘Shamballa’, Patton West racked up no less than two arrest warrants, a conviction for assault and was forced to sell all her assets, (those she had not hidden from creditors) at a Sheriff’s Sale to pay past victims of crime $2,000,000 in court fines and interest! 

Then there was her multiple appearances in court as the defendant in other fraud related lawsuits (see current bulletin for details). Throughout this period, Dr. Julio E Williams MD had his biography posted on her website using his perceived respectability as a physician to draw in more victims. At the same time as he was misrepresenting Patton West as the next Messiah, Williams sent a threatening expletive laden email in an attempt to intimidate fraud victim-turned-whistleblower John Watson, into dropping his fraud lawsuit against Patton West. These crimes are the tip of the iceberg most crimes go unreported because the victims, mainly employees and members of her cult, were too afraid to go to the police or to court. 

One of the lawsuits Patton West lost during this time frame was the fraud lawsuit that business consultant John Watson brought against her in 2003 and won in 2000. From 2003 to 2008, Watson was the subject of countless defamatory statements authored by Patton West and posted on her website. Watson was the victim of threats, false witness statements (that Patton West pressured her employees and students to write), and was the subject of a campaign of intimidation by Patton West (which is ongoing). In August 2007, Watson was the subject of a failed murder plot by Patton West, which senior cult member Geoffrey Reynolds announced a week in advance to a news reporter while being interviewed by the Bigfork Eagle newspaper. Her numerous visits to court, Watson’s website and the three newspaper articles published by the Whitefish Pilot, Bigfork Eagle and Ravalli Republic newspapers, rendered Patton West’s criminal racketeering business model dead in the water in Montana. In response, Patton West and the senior members of her cult criminal gang moved to Arizona in 2010.

While operating her criminal racketeering business model in Montana, Patton West represented herself to the public as a wealthy business woman. It was all illusion and all a massive fraud. Between 1995 to 2004, Patton West operated her cult / criminal racketeering business model out of her compound in Victor MT.  During this time, she was calling herself the Ascended Master Devra Ji. Two of her most memorable statements from this period of time were that she was single handedly holding open the gates of time and that her two (fake) doctorates were awarded to her by the Christ in person.

Above center: The class of 2002. Members of her cult were routinely bullied and mentally and physically abused. CIA mind control tactics were used by Patton West to ‘force’ students and employees to submit to Patton West’s will and then after they became ‘compliant’, each were ‘harvested’ for their money and for their energy. The public thought that the cash donations were being used to pay for Na Ka’ Shela (above left) the property owned by the charity. In reality, most of the money was going into Patton West’s pocket to fund her luxurious lifestyle. Many of the individuals featured above were the victims of theft, fraud, extortion and violent assault. One victim was kidnapped and held captive and beaten until she agreed to make a large ‘donation’ to Patton West out of the proceeds of her home which she had recently sold. In August 2002, Patton West made the mistake of defrauding a business consultant who reported her crimes to the authorities. As a result, her charity ‘The Circle of Divine Unity’ was struck off the MT charity register in January 2004, and the IRS launched a criminal investigation into Patton West’s activities. Patton West, a career criminal, responded by doing the following:-

1. Ordering members of her cult to shred all the incriminating documents.

2. By an elaborate scheme of fake loans, Patton West stole the charity’s property (worth $1,250,000 in 2004) and put it in a personal trust fund for her and her eldest son, Rob Meador. In 2008, a judge broke the trust and ordered that the property be the subject of a Sheriff’s Sale and sold at auction to pay past victims of crime $2,000,000 in court fines and interest. 

3. Patton West stole $4,000,000 worth of artwork and valuables belonging to the charity. Put the items in a lock up and then moved them to Arizona in 2014 where some were sold at auction, some sold from her website and others used as props to give the illusion that she is a successful business woman instead of a violent and resourceful career criminal.

4. Instead of declaring that she was close to bankruptcy (for the second time) Patton West declared that she was moving her operation from Victor MT to Shamballa. Shamballa being Flathead Lake MT just 1000 miles north of Victor MT. Being cash strapped, she also announced that she could only take 12 disciples to Shamballa and only those prepared to commit 66% of their net worth to her. Patton West has gotten away with Racketeering in three western states over the past 31 years. We are talking countless acts of theft, fraud, extortion. Several well documented violent assaults, one well documented attempted murder and the murder of one of her ‘students’ to keep her from going to the police. Her ex-husband believes there are several other suspected murders.

Let us hope the image below is close to the truth and is just a prelude to her being arrested, confined until her trial under RICO statutes. This woman is a huge danger to the public. A venally evil and resourceful killer who shows utter contempt for the authorities, police and law courts. There is more than enough evidence available to convict Patton West on multiple counts of racketeering. We just need someone to do something with the evidence before someone else is beaten, abused, assaulted or murdered.
